Courier can be configured to view all mail in Plain Text mode by default while still allowing you to quickly and easily switch to HTML view for a particular message by clicking on the HTML tool bar button or using the Ctrl-W hot key combination. Combined with Courier's encrypted address book, these great security feature helps to protect your computer against internet worms that spread themselves via HTML mail. Courier's new "Color Markers" help you organize your mail by marking certain messages with alternative fonts, font colors and background colors, while the new "White List" filter criteria can check incoming mail's sender against your address book.
