Deleting an Address Book Entry in Outlook Express
A few days ago, I created a new mail message and clicked the To icon to open the Address Book. I noticed that I have the same name entered twice, and one of the entries is empty. If you try to delete the entry, you'll notice there isn't any delete command; and the Delete key doesn't work.

Don't worry about something like this. You can delete an Address Book entry. However, you can't do it from the To, CC: or BCC: dialog box. To delete an Address Book entry, run Outlook Express and click Address Book in the toolbar (or choose Tools, Address Book). When the Address Book opens, click the offending entry and press Delete.
