Copying a Rule
In a previous tip, you learned how to create a new rule using the Rules Wizard. If you need to create another rule that's similar to an existing rule, why reinvent the wheel? Just copy the old rule and make a few modifications.

Select Tools-Rules Wizard. In the Apply Rules In The Following Order list, click the rule you want to copy and click Copy. Modify as needed in the Rule Description box by clicking on the highlighted text. Then, click OK.
