If your disk is formatted using FAT32, the only thing you can do is make a backup and completely redo the disk.

After you make your backup, boot on your Windows 95 start disk. Run FDISK. When FDISK asks if you want to use large hard disk support, tell it No. Now you have to remove the existing FAT32 partition. After you do this, restart using the start disk. Now run FDISK again and once again tell it you don't want to use large hard disk support. Create a new partition and restart again. When the computer restarts this time, format the disk and re-install Windows 95b. After you complete the Windows 95 installation you can install Windows NT.
