Download only what you really want or need. The installation requirements for Internet Explorer 5.0 have changed somewhat from 4.0, and the most obvious change is in the Minimum install size, it's been pared down to the point where a "browser only" install can be as small as 6.2Mb - that's quite a difference. For your convenience, we've created a table that details exactly what components are available for the three different installation types - Mimimal (M), Typical (T) and Full (F).
