Not too long ago, we ran a tip on the Clipboard Viewer, a handy little utility that allows you to look at what's on the clipboard before you paste its contents into a document. You can access the Clipboard Viewer by going to Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Clipboard Viewer. A few readers wrote in to say that they couldn't find the Clipboard Viewer in the System Tools menu. It may not be installed on your computer, but it is available. Go to Start, Settings, Control Panel and open Add/Remove Programs. Click the Windows Setup tab, scroll down to System Tools, and double-click it. Make sure the Clipboard Viewer box is checked and then click OK.
