Restoring Default Font Settings
If you've modified your font settings and want to change them back to the Windows default, check this out. Choose the previously used Windows Scheme from the Display Properties.
You'll lose any of the other display customizations you performed along the way, but all the fonts will return to their original settings. Just right-click on the desktop and choose Properties. Then click the Appearance tab and select a scheme from the drop-down menu.
