Switching Between Languages on the Keyboard
Recently, a reader wrote in to ask how he could switch quickly from using standard English lettering to using the Greek alphabet. From the Keyboard control panel, you can designate a keyboard shortcut for switching between languages.

First, go to Start, Control Panel and then click the Regional and Language Options icon. Click the Language tab and click the Details button. From here you can activate the Lanugage Bar which will allow you to switch to languages you've configured in the Installed Services area, very quickly.
