Creating MailTo Shortcut
Ever wanted to be able to send an email to somebody just by double-clicking on your desktop? As long as you have some version of Outlook as your email program, it's a snap. Just right-click on the desktop and choose New, Shortcut. In the Command line, type
and then give your Shortcut an appropriate name, something like Send Email. Whenever you double-click this icon, Outlook will automatically cue up a blank email for you, waiting to be addressed.
