We talked about the NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 a while ago. Since then, Microsoft has released a substantial number of Post-SP4 hotfixes. If you haven't checked out the list of hotfixes lately, there may be something out there you need and may not know about.
Hotfixes can be had via FTP at:
ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/bussys/winnt/winnt-public/fixes/usa/nt40/hotfixes-postSP4/
Each hotfix is stored in its own folder on this server, and each folder contains the accompanying Knowledge Base article explaining the problem and solution in detail.
You may also want to read the readme.txt file, also located in each folder, for more information about installing hotfixes.
