Run Windows Explorer and select the the folder and file you want to run maximized every time it starts. When you find it, use the right-mouse button to drag it to the desktop. When you release the button, a pop-up menu will appear. From this menu, choose Create Shortcut(s) Here.
Now right-click your new shortcut and choose Properties. When the Properties dialog box opens, click the Shortcut tab. Next, click the arrow at the right side of the Run list box to expand the list. Select Maximized from the list and click OK to close the dialog box and save your changes.
When you run Solitaire by clicking the shortcut, the program will always run in a maximized window.
