Resizable Dialogs

Seems Microsoft slipped another feature into Windows 98 that you may not have noticed yet. Common Dialogs, such as Open and Save As boxes are now resizable! Just look in the lower right-hand corner for that familiar Explorer-like resize handle. Finally, we can see more than just a handful of files when we're in those dialogs.
