Background Pictures in Outlook Express
Stationery isn't the only way to place a background picture into an Outlook Express message. You can also simply insert a picture from one of your files. We suggest that you confine your backgrounds to small picture files though--the big ones take longer to send and receive.

To insert the picture, choose Insert|Picture. When the Picture dialog box opens, click Browse and then double-click the picture file you want to use. Click OK to accept your selection and close the dialog box.
