Clean Up Your Documents
If you've ever wondered how to manage the Recent Documents list, check this out. One way to manage the list is to get rid of it: Right click the Start button and then choose Properties. When the Properties dialog box opens, click the Customize button. When the Customize Start Menu dialog appears, click the Advanced tab.
In this dialog, you can choose to display or not display your recently used documents. You can also clear the list.
