Getting Rid of the Runs
Your Start Menu lists the last few recently run programs. As you run applictions, the list changes. After a while, you may get tired of the list you have accumulated. There's an easy way to do this.

Right click on the Start button and click Properties. Click on the Start Menu tab. Make sure the Start Menu radio button is selected and click the activated Customize button.

In the resulting dialog, on the General tab, click the Clear List button. The recently used program list on the Start Menu will be cleared.
