Administrator Protection Program
In previous versions of Windows, the administration account had to be given the name Administrator. With Windows XP, that's no longer the case.

You can give Administration privilages to any account you wish, and give that account any name you wish. To grant administration privilages to a user account, choose Start, Control Panel, User Accounts. When the applet appears, click the account you want to change, or create a new account. When asked what kind of account you want to create, click Computer Administrator. Click the Change Account Type button and then close out of Control Pannel. You may need to log off of or reboot your computer for the changes to take effect.
