Instant Control Panel
Getting access to Control Panel on the Start Menu is easy; and you can do it in more than one way.

Right-click Start and choose Open. Right-click the Start Menu window, and then select New, Folder. When the new folder appears, give it the following name (you must type the name exactly as shown here--we suggest that you copy and paste the text):

Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}

When you Open the Start Menu, you'll see a folder with the EXACT name that you typed, including the funky numbers and dashes. While its not the cleanest of folders names, it does get you access to the contents of the Control Panel.
