The Windows NT Start Menu is a conglomeration of folders from more than one place. If you want to get a better handle of what starts up from what profile component, check this out.
You can rename the start-up folder to anything you want as long as the first eight characters of the name are 'startup' and a space. For example, you can name the common startup, "Startup -- Common;" and your company domain startup "Startup -- Company."
Now, when you need to add something to a start-up folder, you'll know at a glance which folder to use.
