You Want a Frame with That
A previous tip showed you how to insert a picture into an Excel worksheet. If you'd like to offset the picture from the rest of the worksheet's data, you might consider outlining the picture with a frame.
To do so, right-click the inserted picture and choose Format Object from the context menu. Next, click the Colors And Lines tab. Choose a border control from the Line section. Finally, select a style and weight option, then click OK.
