Command Prompt Right Here
If you'd like to have the command prompt to the menu open when you right-click a folder in Windows Explorer, check this out.

Run Windows Explorer and choose Tools, Folder Options. When the Options dialog box opens, click the File Types tab. Now locate Folder and select it. Click the Advanced button, and then click New. In the Action text box, type

Command Prompt

and in the Application Used To Perform Action box, type


Next click OK until all the dialog boxes are closed and you're back at Windows Explorer. Now right-click a folder and choose Command Prompt to open a command prompt window at the folder's path.
