It's All in the Wrist
When you have more than one program running at a time, you often need to switch between programs. Windows XP offers several ways to do this. The easiest way to switch to another program is to hold down the Alt key while you use the Tab key to move between programs.
You can also switch to another running program by simply clicking that program's icon in the task bar.
Another way to switch programs is to press Ctrl-Alt-Delete. When the Windows Task Manager opens, click the Applications tab. Now, select the program you want and click Switch To. After you make the switch, you can close the Task Manager if you wish (or leave it open for further use).
