Relocating the IE4 Address Bar
Ever see someone's customized IE browser window and wonder how they did that; and how you can too? It's all about IE's moveable and dockable toolbars.

To move the Address Bar to the menu bar, simply move the mouse pointer over the left side of the Address Bar--right over the word Address. Now, press and hold down the mouse button while you drag the Address Bar up to the menu bar. When you reach the menu bar, release the mouse button. The Address will anchor itself in the new location.

Now, move the mouse pointer over the left side of the Address Bar. When the pointer turns into a horizontal double arrow, hold down the mouse button and drag to the right (or left) to size the Address Bar so you can read the addresses and still see all the menu items. Good luck!
