Reducing desktop window clutter

If Explorer is set up for Separate Window Browse (See below to find out.), you can quickly wind up with many open windows covering your desktop. You can close them all simultaneously by holding the key while clicking the close-window box (the [X] button) on the topmost window. This will close that window and all others beneath it.
