Using Quick View

If Quick View is installed, and if Quick View supports a particular file format, you can quickly view the contents of that file by using the right mouse button to click it, and then select Quick View.

If Quick View is not installed, you can install it from Control Panel / Add-Remove Programs / Windows Setup / Accessories / Details. To make sure file types are set up to use Quick View, go to any Explorer window and select View / Options / File Types. Select the file type and click on Edit, see if Enable Quick View is checked.
