Setup Manager, from the NT 4.0 Deployment Tools (in the SUPPORT\DEPTOOLS directory of the NT 4.0 distribution CD) helps you customize NT Setup for your organization. You can find full documentation for Setup Manager in Microsoft's NT 4.0 Deployment Guide.

The NT Deployment Guide comes with the NT Workstation Resource Kit but you can also download a free (preliminary) version from Microsoft's NT Workstation website.
