Use Word's highlighter

Use the yellow highlighting feature in Word 97 to make important text in a document stand out.
  • Click the Highlight button on the toolbar.
  • Select the text or graphic you want to highlight.
  • To turn off highlighting, click the Highlight button again.
  • You can change the highlighter color by clicking the drop-down arrow next to the Highlight button, and then clicking the color you want.
