NT 4.0 Service Pack 4

>Finally, the long-awaited SP4 has arrived. Microsoft Windows NT Service Pack 4 collects the latest fixes for Windows NT Server 4.0 and Windows NT Workstation 4.0. In addition, Service Pack 4 includes the latest Year 2000 updates and support for the Euro currency. SP 4 also contains a number of new components, which add functionality to the Windows NT platform, including:
  • Security Enhancements
  • Security Configuration Manager
  • Remote Winsock
  • Distributed Computing Improvements
  • Windows Management Instrumentation
  • DCOM/HTTP Tunneling
  • Tapi 2.1
Plus additional Operating System Functionality:
  • Windows Media Technologies (Netshow Services and Windows Media Player)
  • Internet Explorer 4.01 Service Pack 1

Note: Service Pack 4 is cumulative, meaning that it includes all previously released patches and updates so there's no need to have an earlier Service Pack already installed (ex: SP3), but it also won't prevent you from upgrading if you already do.
