NT 4.0 and FAT32

As you probably know by now, if you're dual-booting between say, Windows 95 or 98 and Windows NT 4.0, NT does not support FAT32 partitions, meaning that any FAT32 disks will be invisible to you while you're running NT. Windows 2000 (aka NT 5.0) will support FAT32 but that doesn't help much right now does it? Fear not, there are utilities available that will allow NT 4.0 to read and even write to FAT32 disks.

You can download a free (read-only) FAT32 driver for NT 4.0 from http://www.sysinternals.com. Click through "Utilitites for Windows NT" and look for "FAT32 for Windows NT 4.0 v1.0".

You can download a full (read + write) FAT32 driver for NT 4.0 from http://www.winternals.com. Just look for the "FAT32" link on the main page. This one will cost you a mere $39.00.
