Create shortcuts to Searches

We already know just how useful and powerful the FIND feature is, but sometimes it can be time consuming. Have you ever found your self conducting the same searches over and over? You can create shortcuts of your often used searches so that you can eliminate one step in the process.

Go ahead and set up your search criteria and run the search. Once the results are in, go to the File menu and select Create Shortcut. A shortcut containing your specifications will be placed on your desktop, so the next time you want to look for these same items, just double-click the shortcut.
