Once you've taken the Windows 98 Tour, we recommend taking the time to check out the new and vastly improved Windows 98 Help system (Start, Help). The new Help interface presents a two pane explorer-like view, of topics and their associated articles. Articles now contain hyperlinks to other topics and related content. Another improvement is the addition of the Back and Forward buttons, so you can easily retrace your steps. You can also Hide the Topics window by using the Hide and/or Show button located on the toolbar.
If you have a technical question and can't find your answer in the Windows 98 Help file, go to Web Help. This will give you a link to Microsoft's Support Online. Just select your product, type in your question and the site does the rest of the work for you. From technical articles in the Microsoft Knowledge Base, to Troubleshooting Wizards and downloadable files, Support Online gathers the specific resources most likely to help you find the answer to your question.
