When you enter a command in the Command Prompt window, that command gets saved by the system (up to 50 commands), and you can use it again without having to retype it. All you have to do is press F7 while in the Command Prompt window to open the History dialog box. Now you can use the arrow keys to highlight the command you want to use and then press Enter to execute the command. If you need more than the default 50 commands, click in the Command box (the DOS icon in the upper left corner of the title bar) and choose Properties. Click on the Options tab and then set Buffer Size to the number of commands you need.
