Preventing Users from Changing the Recycle Bin
If you're an NT Admin and have an uncanny habbit of chasing after deleted files because users have modified their Recycle Bin properties, check this out.

You'll need to edit the Registry, so be careful. For this job, you need to use Regedt32 rather than RegEdit. Click Start, then Run, then type "regedt32"and press Enter.

Navigate to: HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\BitBucket.

Now click BitBucket to select it and then choose Security-- Permissions. When the Registry Key Permissions dialog box opens, change Everyone from Special Access to Read and then click OK. Now choose Registry--Exit to close the Registry Editor.

The change will take place without a restart.
