Make it Personal
Dealing with folders such as Send To, Desktop, Favorite, or Startup can be a problem because there's a set of folders for each user. However, this is no problem in Windows NT 4.0. All you have to do is create an Explorer view that will work for each user.

Create a new Windows NT Explorer shortcut. Right-click on the new icon and choose Properties from the menu that will pop up. When the Properties dialog box opens, click the Shortcut tab. In the Target text entry box, type the line

Drive:\WinDir\explorer.exe /e, /root, %userprofile%

where ‘Drive' is the drive letter of the drive that holds Windows NT and ‘WinDir' is the Windows NT directory. This opens Explorer at the Personal folders view for the current user.
