Printing a Separator Page between Print Jobs
If you work in an office with a community printer, you know what it can be like sifting through dozens of pages to figure out whose print job is whose and what pages go where. To make separating print jobs a little easier, try telling your printer to print a separator page before your print jobs. Go to Start, Settings, Printers. Right-click your default printer and select Properties. Under Separator Page, choose either Full (to get a sheet with large type and the words "Separator Page" printed at the top) or Simple (to get simple identification information). Then click Apply. The next time more than one print job is sent to the printer, a separator page identifying the owner of the print job will be printed between each document.
