Adding Control Panel to the Start Menu
Right-click on Start and choose Open. Right-click on the Start Menu window, and then select New, Folder. When the new folder appears, give it the following name (you must type the name exactly as shown here):

Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}

Now click on Start and Control Panel will be the first item (top of the list). When you move your mouse over the new Control Panel folder, a cascading menu of all your system's Control Panels will appear.
