Quick Double-Clicks
Rather than having to dig through drop-down menus or using to close an application, you can double-click on the mini icon in the upper-left corner of an application to make a quick exit.

The same trick works for quick resizing. You can quickly maximize (and restore) open windows by double-clicking anywhere on the title bar!
