Open your Profile folders
Dealing with folders such as Send To, Desktop, Favorite, or Startup can be a problem because there's a set of folders for each user. However, this is no problem in Windows NT 4.0. All you have to do is create one Explorer view that will work for all users.

You'll need to create a new Windows NT Explorer shortcut. Right-click on the desktop and choose New, Shortcut. In the Command Line text box, type:

%windir%\explorer.exe /e, /root, %userprofile%

This new shortcut will open Explorer at the Personal Folders view for whichever current user happens to be logged on at that moment.

Happy Halloween!
