Control Printer Access
You can control who uses a printer over your network by assigning a password to it or by adding user names of those who will have access. To control access to a printer:

Open the Printers folders (Start, Settings, Printers).

Select the printer you want to limit access to.

On the File menu, click Properties.

Click Sharing.

If you are using user-level access control, click Add to specify the people you want to be able to use your resources.

If you are using share-level access control, type the password you want to use for printer.

To determine whether you use user-level or share-level access control, go to Control Panel, Network and click on the Access Control tab.
