Quick RUN entries
You can drag documents and folders directly into the Start/Run dialog. Windows will type the path for you. You can then modify if needed and launch your changes.

The two dozen or so most recently launched Run commands are still available by clicking on the down arrow in the Run dialog or by using the down-arrow key.
