Quick Task Manager
Instead of pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete to launch Windows NT Task Manager, right-click on NT 4.0's taskbar and click on Task Manager in the resulting menu. Of course, the old "three-finger-salute" still works too!

Another way: press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open Task Manager.
