Using Long File Names at the Command Prompt
If you enter a long file name at a Command Prompt and get this error message: "The system cannot find the file specified," try re-entering the file name in quotation marks.

For example, if you type: copy c:\carved stone.bmp d: - you'll get the error message.

But if you type: copy c:\"carved stone.bmp" d: - you'll get the job done.
