Compact your Exchange mailbox
If you're a heavy user of Exchange or Windows Messaging you may find that your mailbox can easily grow out of control. The mailbox itself is called MAILBOX.PST and usually resides in your \Program Files\Exchange\ folder. It's not unusual to see this mailbox file grow to 20 or 30Mb or more.

To compact it - Go to Control Panel and double-click the Mail and Fax icon. On the Services tab, select Personal Folders and click the Properties button. In the resulting dialog box, click Compact Now to reclaim some of that wasted disk space.
