TweakUI 98
You may remember the Windows 95 add-on from Microsoft called Powertoys. One of the most useful (and successful) of these tools was TweakUI, a utility designed to help you "tweak" your system in ways that otherwise might not be possible.
Looks like Microsoft recognized a winner when they saw one, so they bundled TweakUI with Windows 98. It's located on the Win98 CD under \Tools\Reskit\Powertoy. TweakUI comes packed with features, including tabbed dialogs for: Mouse, General, Explorer, IE4, Desktop, My Computer, Control Panel, Network, New, Add/Remove, Boot, Repair, and Paranoia.
To install TweakUI, simply locate the TWEAKUI.INF file, right-click it, and select Install.
