Microsoft's Knowledge Base is probably the best source of technical support available. You can search it directly, using plain text keywords or phrases at: http://support.microsoft.com/support/c.asp to retrieve that Q# (Knowledge Base Article) you're looking for.

Want the article delivered right to your mailbox? Sometimes, you may already know the article number (generally a Q followed by 6 numeric digits, example: Q123456), perhaps you heard about the article through a newsgroup posting.
