Cancel a print job
Did you just send a whole bunch of documents to your printer, and now you'd like to cancel one of them? You can cancel a print job from your printer queue, which is the list of everything printing or waiting to be printed.

Click Start, Settings, Printers, and double-click your printer's icon to open the queue. Right-click the document whose printing you'd like to cancel and choose Cancel Printing. The document disappears from the list. If it was in the process of printing, choosing this command stops it in its tracks. If hadn't started printing yet, it never will.
