Switch between all open windows
A long time ago, we showed you about "CoolSwitching", the ability to [Alt]+[Tab] your way through all of your running applications to find the one you wanted.

Here's another, similar way to do the same thing, only this one allows you to move from window to window as you search for the open application you need. Instead of [Alt]+[Tab], try [Alt]+[Esc].
