New Gradient Title Bars
Among the may other changes awaiting you in Windows 98, one of the coolest is the ability to specify gradient colors for window title bars. You may not even notice this feature at first, as it probably won't be turned on by default, but here's how you can do it.
Open the Display applet (Start, Settings, Control Panel, Display - or right-click the desktop and select Properties). Go to the Appearance tab. Click on either the Active or Inactive title bar in the display. Instead of the usual one color selector there's now two. One for the starting color and one for the ending color.
Note: You can only make use of the gradient title bars if you're running at least a Hi-Color (16 bit) resolution, 256 color displays won't work.
